Returns & Exchanges

Order Cancellations & Processing
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

Processing times vary by product. Please refer to individual product pages for specific lead times or contact hello@studiohazine.com.

Items listed as Made to Order are produced within 2–4 weeks.
Items listed as Ready to Ship are dispatched within 3 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Exchanges may be available on selected items if requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn and in original condition.
Earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons.

Faults & Issues
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
Where an item is found to be faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Bespoke & Commissioned Pieces
Made-to-order, bespoke, and personalised items are non-refundable.
Deposits for commissioned work are non-refundable once accepted, and customers are responsible for any costs incurred should an order be cancelled after work has commenced.

Shipping Information

UK Delivery
We deliver within the UK using reliable postal or courier services. Estimated delivery times are 1-2 business days from dispatch.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Delivery times may vary and are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs processing.
